2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (or ghee)
1Kg/2lb Chicken Breast fillets, skinned and cubed.
1 Onion, sliced
1 quantity of our previously made Balti Sauce.
350g/12 oz firm Tomatoes, chopped
1: Heat oil over a high heat in a large Balti pan or wok and stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes until golden. Add the onion and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.
Pour in the balti sauce. Bring to boil and simmer gently for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2: Stir in the tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes or until he chicken is tender. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
